500 Words writing workshop at Altrincham Library

500 Words is the UK’s largest story writing competition for children aged 5 to 11. We’re offering free writing workshops for children ages 5 to 11 to help you plan, write and perfect an entry for the contest. There are prizes to be won, and the winning entries will be read aloud by celebrities on the BBC. All workshops are on a drop-in basis; no need to book in advance, but all children under 8 must have an adult with them for the session.
