About this event
The fourth event in our Seasonal Nature Run Series, it's the perfect family-friendly event for everyone who loves walking or running, fresh air, and getting out into nature. Every penny raised supports the Reserve.
What to expect:
- Sunday 25 October 2026: registration 10:15-10:45am, run briefing 10:55, run starts 11:00
- A 5km route through woodland tracks and grassy trails across Kingfishers Bridge Nature Reserve
- "Children are very welcome, accompanied 1:1 by a responsible adult if under 12."
- Walkers and runners both welcome; no dogs or buggies on the course
- "As this is a run, not a race, there will be no chip timing, prizes or results list."
- Price includes car parking and a wooden finisher's medal made from a fallen tree on the Reserve
- "Regular price: £15" / "Entry on the day: £18"
- Wear trail shoes and expect mud; toilets, bag drop and the Kingfisher Café on site
