About this event
A Castle under Siege is part of the programme at Windsor Castle. "This half-term take part in art activities which will remind us all of what it was like over 800 years ago when The Castle came under siege."
What to expect:
- Saturday 24, Sunday 25, Monday 26, Thursday 29 and Friday 30 October 2026, 10:00 to 14:30
- Art activities in the Pug Yard Learning Centre, looking back at the 1216 siege of Windsor Castle, 810 years ago
- "Families can also pick up a children's trail which will give more information about The Castle as you progress on your tour."
- If you know where to look, you can still see signs of the damage done during the siege
