About this event
Young people are welcome to explore the galleries, talk about art, and create their own work in sessions led by a professional arts educator, in the Laing's Art Studio.
What to expect:
- Wednesday 28 and Thursday 29 October 2026; mornings 10am-12 noon, afternoons 1-3pm
- Book a morning or afternoon session, or both - different activities in each
- 28 Oct: illuminating glass tea lights (am), pop up Pre-Raphaelite art (pm)
- 29 Oct: autumn-themed printmaking (am), mixed media art including watercolours (pm)
- £15 per half day
- £6 lunch supervision cover for those attending a full day session.
- Lunch is not provided - please remember a packed lunch
- Parents/carers fill out a registration form for each child; pre-booking essential
