A chance to go behind the scenes at the King's Theatre, see the workings of the theatre and walk down memory lane through its history. The Grand Old Lady of Leven Street is one of Scotland's most historic theatres, home to the Edinburgh pantomime, and after its recent redevelopment one of the most accessible heritage buildings in the UK.
What to expect:
- Saturdays: 10, 17 and 31 October and 7, 14 and 21 November 2026
- Two departures each day, at 10am and 10.30am
- Running time approximately 2 hours
- "£15 / £12 under 16s / £2 off for Friends"
- Tea, coffee and biscuits are included at the end
- The tour goes around the building, so there are some stairs and uneven surfaces; lifts are available
