Botanical Print Workshop

Botanical Print Workshop is part of the programme at Foxton Canal Museum at Foxton Locks. Looking for something to do with your family this half term? Make unique prints using leaves and other plants gathered around Foxton Locks with local artist Nikki Grange.

What to expect:

• Tuesdays 20 and 27 October 2026, 10am to 11am, at the museum
• A one-hour print workshop; the best ages are 8 to 14 year olds, and all children must be accompanied by an adult
• Let nature inspire you to make beautiful prints, perhaps make them into Halloween creatures
• There is also a chance to print one of the artist's lino cuts to take home
• All equipment provided and an apron can be used; the ink is water based and completely washable
• Only the children booked on the workshop take part; any siblings need to be fully supervised
• £6 per child on the museum's poster, booked on Eventbrite
• No public toilets at the museum — the nearest are in the public car parks
