Design Camp for ages 7 to 10: Stage Design Lab is part of the programme at the Design Museum in Kensington, London.
Inspired by our Es Devlin: Other Worlds exhibition, this creative workshop invites children to become stage designers for a day and discover how to use light, space and sound to create immersive experiences.
What to expect:
- Thursday 29 October 2026, 10:00-16:00 (October half term)
- Suitable for children aged 7-10
- Starts with a short designer-led visit to Es Devlin: Other Worlds
- Teams build installations from cardboard, lighting, sound and simple materials
- Drop-off session: children are signed in on arrival and collected by an adult
