Emmetts Garden Autumn Festival: Halloween Spiderweb Weaving Workshop

Get crafty this Halloween half term at our drop-in creative workshop. Participation is free with normal admission or National Trust membership. Children are encouraged to get hands-on with simple materials and explore their creativity. Weave a spider web and/or make a pinecone spider to take home. Led by accredited forest school teacher, Natalia with National Trust volunteers on hand to help, this activity is suitable for children aged 2+, but little ones might need some help from their grown-up.

What to expect:

• 29 October 2026 to 1 November 2026
• Runs in sessions through the day
• "Suitable for ages 2+"
• Please head to the Visitor Centre on arrival and ask for more information. This event takes place on the meadow under a marquee.
• "Please dress for the autumn weather. Takes place outside, within a marquee."
• Step free access but, please note, the meadow may be muddy due to wet weather.
• No booking needed
