Exmoor Ponies and Wildlife at Night is part of the Exmoor Dark Skies Festival, which runs 16 October to 1 November 2026.
A family friendly evening at the Exmoor Pony Centre, meeting Exmoor ponies and finding out about Exmoor's nocturnal wildlife.
What to expect:
- Two dates: Thursday 29 and Friday 30 October 2026, 5.30pm to 7pm
- At the Exmoor Pony Centre, run by the Moorland Mousie Trust
- Meet the Exmoor ponies before dark
- Find out about the wildlife that comes out across Exmoor at night
- "Hot chocolate, marshmallows and biscuits included"
- An hour and a half, so a manageable length for younger children
- The operator's own price line: £8 adult £6 child
