About this event
Let's get crafty this October half term... Create your own autumnal owl using a variety of pressed leaves and natural materials. Make something that you will want to frame! All materials will be provided. Why not bring some of your favourite fallen leaves from your visit to Wicken Fen to use.
What to expect:
- 29 October 2026, 10:00–14:30
- All materials will be provided. Why not bring some of your favourite fallen leaves from your visit to Wicken Fen to use.
- Suitable for children age 4+. Must be accompanied by an adult.
- Wear older clothes that you don't mind getting a bit dirty. We'll be inside so the weather cannot spoil our fun!
- Assistance dogs are welcome. The Learning Centre has good wheelchair access and a hearing loop.
- Meeting point: Meet in the Visitor Centre
- No admission charge for non-members, but £3.50 car park charge applies.
- Members are asked to bring their membership cards for scanning.
