Farm Park and Pumpkin Picking 2026

Farm Park and Pumpkin Picking is part of the programme at Thornton Hall Country Park, a family farm park and soft play on the Yorkshire/Lancashire border near Skipton.

The pick-your-own pumpkin patch opens alongside the ordinary farm day, so the animals, outdoor adventure play and indoor soft play all come with it.

What to expect:

• 3 to 23 October 2026
• "Grab a barrow and head into our biggest ever pumpkin patch"
• "bursting with 7,500 pumpkins of every shape and size!"
• "Strike a pose at one of our frightfully fun photo spots for the ultimate Halloween pic."
• "Includes soft play outdoor play for a great family day out."
• The park's friendly farm animals and outdoor adventures are there the same day
• Tickets are booked through the park's own booking site
• Wrap up and wear boots you do not mind getting muddy - the patch is a field
