About this event
The spectacular annual fireworks display returns. Watch in wonder as spectacular fireworks light up the night sky over the River Tyne where Swan Hunter used to launch its ships.
What to expect:
- Thursday 5 November 2026; the outdoor site will open at 5pm, fireworks from 6.30pm
- Free entry | Suggested donation: £2 per adult | No ticket required
- The optional Viewing Tower tickets are sold out
- Museum and shop closed for the event; toilets in the car park; coffee vans on site
- No onsite parking and limited local parking - public transport recommended
- Buddle Street closed 5.30-7.30pm; dogs not permitted on site
