Friday Night Fun Session at East Sands

Every Friday night East Sands turns the pool over to the kids: the big inflatable goes in, the music goes on, and the centre calls it a Pool Inflatable Disco.

What to expect:

• Fridays, 7.15pm - 8.15pm, running weekly through to 18 December 2026.
• Tailored for kids aged 8 to 14 - the trust's own Pool Discos page adds "no adults in the pool!"
• Book by calling East Sands reception on 01334 659473; it is not bookable online.
• Family changing, a steam room and spa pool, and free parking beside East Sands beach.
• Kids swim with the big pool inflatable - climbing, bouncing and racing through the floating obstacle course.
• Music the whole way through: the trust calls it a Pool Inflatable Disco.
• £4.70 per session (junior rate).
• The trust's own note: "The inflatable may not be available on some dates due to staffing. Refunds are available with 24 hours' notice." Big floats are put out instead.
