Friday Night Fun Session at Michael Woods

Michael Woods runs its pool inflatable every Friday night for 8 to 12 year olds - an hour and a half of climbing, bouncing and falling in, with the music up.

What to expect:

• Fridays, 7.30pm - 9.00pm, weekly through to December 2026.
• Built for kids aged 8 to 12; the trust's Pool Discos page adds "no adults in the pool!"
• The inflatable is a dual-lane floating obstacle course - climb it, race it, or just fall off it.
• Book by calling Michael Woods reception on 01592 583305.
• Michael Woods is on Viewfield in Glenrothes with its own car park.
• Kids swim with the big pool inflatable - climbing, bouncing and racing through the floating obstacle course.
• Music the whole way through: the trust calls it a Pool Inflatable Disco.
• £4.70 per session (junior rate).
• The trust's own note: "The inflatable may not be available on some dates due to staffing. Refunds are available with 24 hours' notice." Big floats are put out instead.
