Go Ape Sundown Adventures at Itchen Valley Country Park

Sundown Adventures is part of the programme at Itchen Valley Country Park in Southampton, run on site by Go Ape. “When the sun goes down, the lights come up” — the high ropes course after dark, lit with glowing lights and illuminated trees.

What to expect:

• Evenings from Friday 16 October to Sunday 8 November 2026; the park gives no per-day hours, so check availability when booking
• “On Friday 16 and Friday 23 October, for the first time ever, experience adults-only Sundown Adventures. Sessions on these dates will be 18+.”
• Go Ape's own listing: “Treetop Adventure Plus. Ages 6+ minimum height 1.2m.”, from £31.95, one hour in the trees
• “One adult (18+) can supervise 8 children aged 6-15 years old from the course or on the ground.”
• “A perfect autumn night out for families, groups of friends, or date nights.”
• Bring a torch for the walk from the car park; it runs in all weathers bar ice, storms and gales
