Halloween Face Painting is part of the programme at Exbury Gardens & Steam Railway, a 200-acre woodland garden in the New Forest near Southampton. Nanuka from Playful Faces and Balloons sets up in the Azalea Room beside Mr Eddy's restaurant for half term.
