About this event
Halloween Fun at the Fort is part of the October half-term programme at Fort Nelson, the Royal Armouries' Victorian fort above Portsmouth Harbour.
Charge up to the Fort for spooktacular half-term fun, with a free Creepy Codebreaker museum trail plus lots of have-a-go Halloween activities every day.
What to expect:
- Saturday 24 October to Sunday 1 November 2026, 10am to 4pm daily
- Creepy Codebreaker Trail: suitable for ages 6 to 10, younger children can join in with adult help
- Drop-in Halloween activities, all suitable for ages 3+: games, crafts, costumes, den building, potions and a Pumpkin Patch Party
- Book a free ticket for every adult and child aged 3+ and choose an arrival slot
- This event does sell out, so pre-book
- Parking: £3 per vehicle payable in reception on arrival.
- Adult supervision is required at all times
