About this event
Halloween Half Term in the Gardens is part of the programme at Trentham Gardens in Stoke-on-Trent. This October Half Term, Halloween takes over Trentham Gardens with spooky family adventures, live entertainment and plenty of surprises along the way.
What to expect:
- Saturday 24 October to Sunday 1 November 2026, during gardens opening hours
- Pumpkin Corner: nine pumpkin scenes by professional carvers, with live carving on 28 October
- Halloween Pantomime performances throughout the day, plus live seasonal music on stage
- Mad Scientist, KPop Demon Hunters appearances, face painting and vintage fairground rides
- The Makers Market and the Shaun the Sheep Find the Flock Trail
- On 31 Oct and 1 Nov the gardens close at 4pm (last entry 3pm) ahead of the evening festival
- Included in gardens admission; free for Trentham members. Some activities may carry an additional charge
