About this event
Halloween History Hunt is part of the programme at Bosworth Battlefield Heritage Centre and Country Park, the Leicestershire County Council site on the 1485 battlefield.
"Search the site for ten Halloween traditions and learn the history behind them" - a self-led half-term hunt around the centre and country park.
What to expect:
- Saturday 17 to Sunday 25 October 2026, all day, over the school half-term
- "£3 per sheet, pick one up from the Ticket Office or Shop"
- Ten Halloween traditions hidden around the site, each with the history behind it
- Self-led, so start when you like and take as long as you want
- Mostly outdoors across the country park, so wear boots and a coat
- The 1485 Tithe Barn Cafe and the gift shop are on site
