Halloween Lights of the Valley Train

Halloween Lights of the Valley Train is part of the programme at Gwili Railway in Carmarthen.

Enjoy the delights of a steam train in bright, colourful lights this Autumn Half Term, as the vintage steam trains, adorned with sparkling neon lights, steam through South West Wales. There will be some spooky goings-on too, but these can be avoided if you prefer a simple beautifully-lit ride.

What to expect:

• Thursday 29 to Saturday 31 October 2026, departures at 16:00 and 18:15 each day
• "As you board, children will receive a biscuit, juice and an activity booklet."
• Open seating around tables for four, or private 1950s compartments
• A bar and hot food options on board
• "Please arrive no less than 30 minutes before your booked departure time."
• "Note – Dogs are not able to attend on these dates."
