Hallowscream Express

The Hallowscream Express is part of the programme at Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway. "This Halloween, darkness descends on Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway as the Hallowscream Express returns for three spooky nights of mystery, mischief and surprises." It starts at Creepthorpes Station with a storyteller, then the train heads off into the dark.

What to expect:

• Three nights: Thursday 29, Friday 30 and Saturday 31 October 2026, three departures each night from 5:00pm
• "Designed to be spooky, not terrifying, this approximately 30-minute experience"
• Includes a live storyteller, a night-time railway journey and "Spooky live encounters"
• "A Halloween gift bag for every child" on your safe return
• "Your best Halloween fancy dress is strongly encouraged"
• "Parental discretion is advised. The experience takes place after dark and includes live characters, eerie sounds, sudden appearances and scenes that some children may find spooky."
