Haverhill Halloween 2026: Spooky Scavenger Hunt

“Haverhill’s annual Halloween celebration is back, but with a twist…” After years at East Town Park, the town council has moved it into the town centre, with a free scavenger hunt along the High Street.

What to expect:

• Saturday 31 October 2026, 2pm to 5pm, along Haverhill High Street
• “Free-to-attend”, no booking, and “for families with children aged 3-12”
• Grab a Halloween map at Haverhill Arts Centre or download it, get past the scary gatekeeper at each location, collect a stamp and win a prize
• “From ghosts to vampires, and everything in between”, plus interactive monsters along the way
• Short performances on the Market Square, times to be confirmed
• No set start time for the hunt, so you can fit it around trick or treating
• Six town-centre car parks nearby, including Haverhill Arts Centre CB9 8DN and The Meadows CB9 0BB
• A separate ticketed family Halloween party runs at Haverhill Arts Centre at 3pm, 4pm and 5pm
