"Helga, our 1950's Diesel Railbus will be operating our spooky trains passenger service on 28th October - this Autumn Half Term."
What to expect:
- Wednesday 28 October 2026, 10.30am to 3.30pm - autumn half term
- Ride a 1950s Waggon und Maschinenbau railbus with "all-round views", crossing the dock swing bridge beside the River Ribble
- "Tickets include entrance to our Halloween Decorated Museum and all day travel on the trains"
- Helga has her own ghost story on the railway's page - she sees the passengers nobody else can, and always stops for them
- A gift shop and "a cafe serving drinks and light refreshments" on site
