About this event
Hidden Worlds is part of the Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival, which runs 19 October to 8 November 2026.
"What is inside us that others don't see? What is inside us that we don't see?" Take time to reflect on who you are and who you want to be in this family friendly workshop with North Lanarkshire artist Eilidh Manson.
What to expect:
- Wednesday 14 and Wednesday 28 October 2026, 11am - 3pm at Summerlee Museum
- Combine origami, decoupage and layered paper art to build 3D images of what is hidden inside you
- "Suitable for all abilities" - no art experience needed
- Led by community artist Eilidh Manson, who works across North Lanarkshire
- Free to attend, and all materials are provided
- Drop in during the four-hour window; the museum has a venue, travel and access guide online
- Pairs with the free Hidden Worlds exhibition at the same museum, 19 October - 8 November
