Home-Ed Day

Explore the historic Kitchen Garden at Chiswick House & Gardens at a special home education day for children aged 4-11. Activities are designed to be done as a family or in groups, and older siblings are welcome to join in.

What to expect:

• Friday 20 November 2026, 10:30am-3:30pm, starting in the Clore Learning Studio
• Morning drop-ins: Busy Bees Trail, From Seed to Spoon garden plates, paper pot making and Plant Detectives
• Afternoon: Look Like an Artist activities and a Wider Gardens Trail with a radio play
• Kitchen Garden Tour & Tasting and Cygnets Art Class slots need signing up for
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Tickets: £5 per child, parents go free
• The Café is open for lunch; tea, coffee and biscuits for attending adults, buggy parking and a quiet breakout space
