Lego Challenge - North Bridlington Library

Can you work in a team to plan, design and create a Lego build against the clock? Each team will have an identical box of Lego containing a wide range of bricks, sensors and motors, and will be set the same build challenge to complete. No swapping bricks with other teams - you must complete your build using only the resources in your team's box! Our Half Term challenge is to build a haunted house with one battery - powered feature such as a pop up ghost or a door that opens on it's own or a light. Great fun for young Lego enthusiasts and a brilliant way to develop engineering and team-working skills. Suitable for ages 6+ due to the complexity of the activity and the manufacturer's age guidance for the resources used. Children aged 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
