About this event
McHadson's Learning with Nature is part of Active Parks, the year-round wellbeing programme North Northamptonshire Council runs at its country parks.
Led by our experienced Education Ranger, this is a fun, interactive, weekly held session where children aged 5 to 12 years are encouraged to explore, question and learn using the park's natural materials and surroundings.
What to expect:
- Tuesday mornings, 10am to 11.30am, led by the park's Education Ranger
- Aimed at children 5 to 12 years old, and written for home-educated children and their parents
- Ranger-led exploring, questioning and learning using the park's own natural materials and surroundings
- An hour and a half outdoors; the Skylark Cafe and toilets are on site
- Booked as a term block rather than a drop-in: "Cost: £42 for 6 sessions (3 November to 8 December)"
- Booking essential, by email to [email protected]
- "Normal parking charges apply."
