Murton Makers

Here's your chance to make your own leather creation to take home, with Murton's staff on hand to help you through the process. This is one of our Halloween events, so all things spooky are in mind for Murton Makers in the October holidays.

What to expect:

• Saturday 3 October, Thursday 8 October, Tuesday 13 October and Saturday 7 November 2026
• Time slots run between 10.30am and 2pm; each slot lasts 20 minutes and is for one family at a time
• Held in the Rural Skills Cabin — the green cabin next to the tearoom
• Make a leather creation to take home, with staff helping you through every step
• "Suitable for all ages. Under 12's must be accompanied by an adult at all times."
• "This event costs £8 to take part."
• Booking is essential — each date is booked separately
• A fundraising event for Murton Trust for Education and the Environment
