About this event
On Sunday 25 October, we’re opening the Museum in the evening for a special Halloween adventure – with history, legends, lanterns and a few surprises along the way! For the first time, the grottoes will be open after dark for you to explore.
What to expect:
- Sunday 25 October 2026, 6pm–9pm – drop in at a time that suits you
- Explore the Museum after hours, with atmospheric lighting and fairy lights
- Historical characters around the Museum bringing Kingswood's stories to life
- Strange, spooky and surprising stories from local history
- Bring a torch, and wear suitable footwear – the grottoes are uneven and can be slippery; you don't have to go into them
