Get hands-on with a telescope, explore the surface of the Moon, try your hand at using a sextant and see the invisible at the Royal Observatory Greenwich with our weekend interactive Observatory Unlocked sessions.
What to expect:
- Weekends 10-11 and 17-18 October, typically 11am-2.30pm
- Half-term Moon special: 24-25 October 10.15am-1.30pm, 31 October-1 November 1.45-4.30pm
- Admire the Mirror Moon sculpture and make your own crater
- Drop in any time to sessions that are running
- Included with entry to the Royal Observatory
- The Observatory closes in November for a major refurbishment, so half term is the last chance to visit this year
