October Half Term is part of the programme at Church Farm Anslow, a tea room and children's farm near Burton on Trent. In the farm's words: "Explore the farm and enjoy all of our spooky decorations. Don't miss a trick this October half term!"
What to expect:
- Saturday 24 October to Sunday 1 November 2026
- The farm dressed for Halloween, with spooky decorations throughout
- An optional Halloween trail you add to your tickets: collect your book on arrival and join Willow and Ash, unlocking clues to find the hidden word
- "On completing the trail you get to take home your book to reread again and again, plus a prize!"
- Farm admission covers the animals and the play area
- Opening times are Monday to Saturday 9am-5pm and Sundays and bank holidays 10am-4pm
- "Adult: £6.50, Child: £6.50, Under 1's: Free, Concession (Senior Citizen 65+, Carer & Disabled): £6.00"
- There is a tearoom on site; the farm asks you not to bring your own food and drink
