About this event
Doors to Hallowtide is an interactive outdoor art installation by Stockport artist-curator Luca Sutton. Follow a trail of decorated doors hidden across the Lyme estate, each inviting you to step through into a world of local folklore, history and imagination. Open the doors as you travel through the woodland, gardens and parkland. Along the way, discover artwork inspired by local customs and uncover some of Lyme's legendary ghost stories.
What to expect:
- 17 October 2026 to 1 November 2026, from 10:30 to 17:00
- "Suitable for children of all ages."
- "Sturdy footwear is essential as some paths are uneven. Please also wear weather appropriate clothing."
- Some areas of the route are not suitable for wheelchairs or buggies.
- No booking needed
