What to expect:
- "60 minute fun session for kids."

- "Adults don't need to take part but do need to stay on site if children under 16."
- Book online in advance; no refunds
- Wear close-fitting clothes covering arms and legs, trainers or trail shoes; gloves strongly recommended
- Bring water, a towel and a change of clothes; sessions run whatever the weather
