Pumpkin Festival 2026 at White Post Farm & Zoo

The Pumpkin Festival is part of the programme at White Post Farm & Zoo at Farnsfield, near Newark.

The farm's own twist on pumpkin picking is that the mess is somebody else's problem: you choose a pumpkin, a farmer scoops it out for you, and you sit down in a pumpkin pod to carve.

What to expect:

• Every day from 17 to 31 October 2026, 10:00 to 17:00
• "Pick your pumpkin, place it on the scales for weighing, and give it to one of the farmers for scooping out!"
• "Take a seat in a pumpkin pod and carve out your design, or take it home to do later."
• "All paying children will receive a voucher for 50% off their pumpkin, and prices depend on the weight of each pumpkin chosen."
• "Enjoy timetabled activities including ‘Magnificent Minibeasts’ and marshmallow toasting throughout the day"
• "full access to the Farm & Zoo for the entire day" is included
• A quieter SEN-friendly patch session runs 10-11am on four of these dates and is listed separately
