A family pumpkin hunt around the grounds of the House of the Binns near Linlithgow, West Lothian, run by the National Trust for Scotland on 24 and 25 October 2026. Children find pumpkin signs hidden across the grounds, each carrying a letter, and unscramble the letters to spell out two words, winning a treat on completion. The trail runs up the steep hilly grounds to the Binns tower, so sensible clothing and footwear are advised and conditions may be damp, muddy and cold. Entry is split into a morning slot from 10am to 12:30pm and an afternoon slot from 12:30pm to 3pm to manage car park capacity. Child tickets are £6.00 plus a £0.94 fee and accompanying adults go free. Really Awesome Coffee - Perth attends serving drinks and treats. Parking is free and tickets are non-refundable.
