Relaxed Activity Session for Children with SEND

Relaxed Activity Session for Children with SEND This child led session will suit children with additional needs (SEND, special education needs and disabilities and adopted children) aged approximately 4-10 years of age. The low demand setting enables children to explore and enjoy a range of arts, crafts, games and sensory toys at their own pace. Parents & carers can enjoy the activities too, in an informal, non-judgemental setting. Facilitated by Thrive Send Support C.I.C. Thank you to Westfield Ward and Acomb Ward for their generous support of this event Children aged 8 years old and under will need to be accompanied by an adult throughout the session, children aged 8-10 will need an adult to be in the library building throughout the session, children aged 11 years and over can be unsupervised.
