Room on the Broom & The Gruffalo (U) - Outdoor Cinema at Callendar House

Adventure Cinema screens a double bill of the Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler animations Room on the Broom and The Gruffalo (U) on a large open-air screen on the lawn behind Callendar House in Falkirk on Sunday 11 October 2026. Gates open at 12:00 and the double bill runs 13:00-14:00; both films are included in the one ticket. This is the youngest-skewing title of the season and the only one with a free under-1s ticket, though under-1s still need a ticket booked. Standard tickets carry no seating, so bring a blanket or camping chair. Hot food, snacks and a bar are on site and picnics are welcome. Tickets are advance-only online and all children must be accompanied by an adult.
