Savage Seas

Savage Seas is part of the October half-term programme at Bristol Aquarium.

This October half term. Meet the creatures that bite, sting and spook! Come face to face with some of the aquarium's most fearsome creatures, from razor-sharp teeth and venomous spines to some seriously surprising defences.

What to expect:

• Every day from 24 October to 1 November 2026
• Pick up a Frightening Fish Spotter and hunt for the dangerous creatures hiding around the aquarium, with a gruesome fact about each
• Dangerous Animals Workshop: handle biofacts such as a replica shark jaw, a Megalodon tooth, a stingray barb and an octopus beak
• Craft a glow-in-the-dark jellyfish to take home
• Included in standard admission, along with the daily talks and feeds
• Aquarium open 10am – 5pm every day until 1 November; last entry an hour before closing
• Junior tickets cover children aged 2 – 12
