Scottish Ballet: Cinders! is part of the programme at Capital Theatres, which runs the Festival, King's and Studio theatres in Edinburgh.
Scottish Ballet's playful retelling of the Cinderella story returns. Set at the turn of the 20th century in Cinders' family-run emporium, the classic gets a romantic twist: on some nights Cinders is a woman swept off her feet by her Prince, on others a man swept off his feet by his Princess. Choreographed by Christopher Hampson, with Prokofiev's score played live.
