SEND-friendly Zine-Making Workshop

Join us at Worthing Library on Wednesday 28 October 2.00 – 3.30pm for a dynamic arts-based workshop for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities aged 12 - 25 years. Led by an experienced art practitioner, this hands-on session gives participants the chance to design and create their own short magazine or comic. Using drawings and images, Posca pens and felt-tip pens, you will cut out and collage images and words to make a multi-page booklet on any artistic theme. The activity will take place in a meetings room on the ground floor of the library. The library can be accessed via a slope at the front entrance. There is an accessible toilet and Changing Place toilet available on the ground floor. This activity is repeated at 3.45pm. This is a free event but pre-booking is essential.
