Shadows of the Abbey: A Halloween History Tour at St Augustine's Abbey

Step into the twilight on Saturday 31 October (Halloween) and Sunday 1 November (All Saints Day) and uncover centuries of stories that linger within St Augustine's Abbey. On this one-hour guided tour, gentle whispers of the past and long-forgotten tales bring history to life, with just a touch of Halloween mystery. As the evening light fades, your journey ends atop the Campanile Mound, offering sweeping views of the abbey.

What to expect:

• Sat 31 October and Sun 1 November 2026, 4pm – 5pm
• A one-hour guided evening tour of the abbey ruins
• Arrive from 3.30pm to wander the museum, browse the shop or use the facilities before the tour begins at 4pm
