Spooky Bushcraft

Spooky Bushcraft is part of Halloween at Share Discovery Village, which runs 23 October to 1 November 2026.

Get back to nature, if you dare. Head to the spooky bushcraft area for a hands-on Halloween experience that combines traditional bushcraft skills with some seasonal fun, under a covered area so a little rain need not put you off.

What to expect:

• Selected dates between 23 October and 1 November 2026, in one-hour sessions
• Firelighting: learn to build and light a fire using traditional bushcraft techniques
• Marshmallow toasting round the fire, and witch’s broomstick making from natural materials
• "Suitable for ages 5 and over. Younger children will require adult supervision."
• "£10 per person"
• Outdoors under cover: wear suitable waterproof outdoor clothing and footwear
• All activities supervised by the centre’s trained instructors
• Arrive 15 minutes early and go to the Land & Arts Activities meeting point at reception
