Spooky Game On! The Guided Tour is part of the October half term programme at The Centre for Computing History in Cambridge: a special museum tour with a spooky twist. The in-house gaming experts guide you through the history of video games from the seventies to the modern day. What did Nintendo make before Mario, and who was their real competitor in Japan?
What to expect:
- Friday 30 October 2026, starting at 2pm and lasting around 45 minutes
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early
- A chance to discuss and even argue the merits of your favourite consoles and games
- "The tour is free (although museum entry charges apply - £12 for adults, £8 for children, £10 for concessions and students, £23.50 for a family ticket of one adult and two children, and £34 for a family ticket of two adults and two children)."
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult
- The ticket includes museum entry for the whole day
