Join us at Dimbola on Friday 30th October for a spooky evening of family fun, with storytelling, a pumpkin hunt through the house after dark and a dressing-up competition.
What to expect:
- Friday 30 October 2026, 6pm-8pm, indoors at the museum
- Spooky storytelling with author Peter J Murray, reading from his new book "The Even Darker Side of Wight" - Dimbola is one of its settings
- A kids' pumpkin trail: "Explore Dimbola after dark and see if you can find all the pumpkins hidden around the house!"
- A dressing-up competition - "Come along in your best Halloween costume for the chance to win a special prize!"
- "£8 PER PERSON". The ticket includes a Halloween cupcake and a drink for children, and a hot drink for adults
- The museum's own warning: "May not be suitable for younger children"
