Spooquay: Ghost Ship is a Halloween after-hours event at Royal Navy Museums: Hartlepool. As darkness falls, a mysterious Ghost Ship appears in the harbour, bringing with it unanswered questions, eerie encounters and tales from the past.
What to expect:
- Friday 30 and Saturday 31 October 2026, 5pm to 9pm, timed departures
- Performers from the Northern School of Art guide you aboard HMS Trincomalee
- "Earlier departures offer a family-friendly adventure filled with mystery and atmosphere"; later sailings have darker themes and jump scares
- Ticket includes live cannon firings, selected galleries by night and the quayside celebrations
- Adults: £15. Child (Under 18): £12.50. Under 3s: Free
