Steampunk Weekend

Steampunk Weekend is part of the programme at Hopetown Darlington, the railway heritage museum quarter on McNay Street in Darlington. Two days of "fantastical invention, live entertainment, eccentric characters, unique traders and Victorian-inspired adventure".

What to expect:

• Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 November 2026, 10am - 4pm

• Mr B The Gentleman Rhymer, billed as the UK's original Chap Hop artist - Sunday only, 11.30am and 1pm
• Steampunk comedic poetry with Paul Eccentric - Saturday only, timings to be confirmed
• Live music from The Ran Tanners, "Both days throughout the day"
• Steampunk Crafting with Claire Baker, Sunday only - "Join artist Claire Baker for Steampunk-inspired crafting. Drop in throughout the day."
