Still Life at St Albans Museum + Gallery

Still Life is part of the October half term programme at St Albans Museum + Gallery: take inspiration from still lives, then arrange your own composition and draw it using a selection of art materials.

What to expect:

• Wednesday 28 October 2026; sessions at 10.15-11.15am and 11.30am-12.30pm
• The page says it is not suitable for children under 5
• All children must be accompanied by an adult
• You are welcome to bring a couple of your own, inexpensive, items to include in your arrangement, or select from the museum's objects
• Work in a range of media including charcoal, pastels and paints
• If you choose to paint you may need to leave your artwork to dry and collect it later in the day
• £6.50 per participant, booked in advance
