Sunday Family Sessions: Family Yoga

Sunday Family Sessions: Family Yoga is part of the Family Learning programme at the Garden Museum on Lambeth Palace Road, London. A free Sunday drop-in where families make something together, taking its cue from whatever is hanging in the galleries.

Please join us for a unique family yoga workshop, celebrating the museum’s exhibitions, elements of nature and the wonders of the seasons.

What to expect:

• Sunday 1 November 2026, 11am – 12pm
• “Free. No booking required: first come, first served.”
• “Suitable for all ages 5y+”
• “All children to be accompanied and actively supervised by a parent or carer, who are encouraged to join in with the session too.”
• Held in the Clore Learning Space; “yoga matts will be provided”
• Led by Lesley Collinson, who developed a breathwork and movement programme used in schools
• “Accessible to all generations” — designed for the whole family to do together
• Museum galleries, garden and the award-winning Garden Café are on the same site
