The Pumpkin Patch After Dark

The Pumpkin Patch After Dark is part of the autumn programme at Cockfields Farm Park, a family-run farm park on the Ashton-under-Lyne and Oldham border in Greater Manchester.

As the sun sets the field becomes a festoon-lit spooky pumpkin patch, with live music, food and drink and photo spots across the farm.

What to expect:

• One free pumpkin to pick with every ticket
• Meet Jack and Sally Skellington, back by popular demand and towering on stilts
• The Sanderson Sisters causing mischief all evening, and a spooky disco on the dance floor with them
• Barn animals to meet and feed, Cuddle Corner rabbits and guinea pigs, reptile encounters, the carousel and play and bounce until bedtime
• 5pm to 8pm on five evenings: 23, 24, 29, 30 and 31 October
• In the operator's words, this is a magical evening event, not a scare event, and is suitable for children of all ages
• Optional extra: a family s'mores kit to toast marshmallows over an open flame
• Card-only venue on site
