The Quiet Cave

Even the greatest Himalayan explorers need a little time to recharge. Step into the Quiet Cave, a cosy hideaway in SMALAND where little adventurers can snuggle up with their favourite ALPTALL animals, curl up with a story and enjoy the gentle sounds of the Himalayas - the perfect place for a moment of calm before heading back out on the next adventure.

What to expect:

• Saturday 24 October to Sunday 1 November 2026, through the October half term
• A quiet, low-lit corner of IKEA Exeter's SMALAND play area, set up with cushions and soft toys
• Cuddly ALPTALL animals to snuggle and gentle Himalayan soundscapes
• Part of IKEA's Himalayan Adventure theme in SMALAND, so children can go on to the other activities
• IKEA's page states "Free" and "No registration required" - just turn up during store hours
• SMALAND is IKEA's supervised drop-off play area, so children go in without a parent
